The client needed help moving their onboarding program out of a clunky Excel file and into something more engaging, modern, and easy to use—especially on tablets, since that’s what their team uses during shifts.

I designed a cleaner, more intuitive experience using Articulate Rise, making it easy for new hires to find the info they need—whether it’s how to prep a station, follow a recipe, or clean up right. To support the client’s bilingual team, I built a fully translated Spanish version alongside the English one.

With a tight budget and quick turnaround, I focused on smart, practical design choices that kept things simple without cutting corners. The end result? An accessible, culturally responsive onboarding program that made training faster, easier, and more engaging—for everyone.
